Job Description:
To be the back end support for Sales and create synergy of Sales-Ops.
To work in defined TAT and keep reducing same.
To maintain business MIS for all Offline cases processed thru Local Portals or from central Ops
Experience Range:
2 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation, or Any PG
Job Responsibilities:
To support Branch Sales in Timely Quote Execution.
To support the Partner / Sales on Prompt Pre Sales Activity like Quote , Inspection ,Policy Issuance.
To support the Partner / Sales on Prompt Post Sales Activity like Endorsement and service support.
To be vigil in adhering to organization process.
To whistle blow any unhygienic activity come across or being asked by sales or Partner.
Skills Required:
Experience in Handling Insurance Operational, Excel Skills, Insurance Product Knowledge, Insurance Process Knowledge,
Candidate Attributes:
Experience guy from Insurance Broking or Insurance Company
Localized will be preferred
Have good communication and high on interpersonal skills
