Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing all sales operations for an Unsecured Lending. Their duties include drafting sales reports, meeting sales targets, and estimating sales profit for products.

Any graduation,
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of financial executives toward achievement of preset goals.
2. Facilitate direct sales by instructing team members to inform existing customers about new arrivals in the company and encouraging them to make sales
3. Ensure proper documentation in the information system in due time and check through them for accuracy
4. Create good relationship with team members and motivate them
5. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly Acquisition targets for the team.
6. Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins.
Skills Required:
Team Leader- Telesales,
Candidate Attributes:
Post-graduation from premium MBA colleges with nearly 6-8 years experience
Proven experience in managing operations for financial services.
Experience in finance industry is an added advantage
Good convincing and selling skills
