Lead - Ethics compliance and Investigation
We are looking for a Head Ethics Compliance & Investigation, India to join a team of professionals who are responsible for a broad range of support and to deliver and enhance our ethics compliance, loss prevention/ investigation and business resilience program in India. This position will be based in Gurgaon.
The Head of ethics compliance and investigation will manage efforts and teams relating to the (1) Ethics Compliance, (2) Fraud Investigations, (3) Liaising with LEA and (4) Safety. This position plays a pivotal role in assisting the Organisation with policy implementation including training related to the above key efforts.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive work experience in intelligence or law enforcement, discretion in handling confidential and critical information, and the interpersonal skills needed to navigate, grow, and optimize efforts in a high-tech, fast-paced, and physical environment. This candidate also understands that supporting their people is one of the most critical roles they perform, and to achieve this they are open, approachable, and have a bias for action.

1. Conduct and oversee ethics and compliance matters and conduct investigations. Implement processes for manging ethics complaints and implementation of recommendations.
2. Liaise with law enforcement agencies to represent Company and its subsidiaries to effective outcome.
3. Conduct and oversee risk and leverage external and internal partners for timely threat and risk evaluations and response
4. Ensure that safety and asset protections plans are communicated and delivered
5. Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders in the design and development of physical and digital security asset protection
6. Provide status updates, tracking, and coordination of all projects and incidents, including escalation notifications to India leadership
7. Oversee and enhance the standard of third-party vendors in accordance with service level agreements and ensure adherence to Site Security Standards
8. Manage the delivery of training and awareness briefings for all onsite users with access to confidential physical or digital assets
9. Partner with internal teams on investigative requirements during retail transaction process
10. Perform risk assessment of site and frame mitigation measures
11. Possess a thorough understanding of central/state security issues and demonstrate excellence in ability to implement and ensure sites compliance with company security policies and any industry or merchant requirements.
12. Lead the Insider Threat & implementation of Workplace Violence program across the India Business.
13. Establish and implement effective, predictable, measurable procedures/processes and prevention programs impacting losses, pilferage, accident trends and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses
14. Perform frequent site security audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury.
15. Ensure guarding vendor(s) have clear understanding of expectations and hold them accountable to deliver on them and meet or surpass service level agreement requirements. In addition, work with the guarding vendor’s management to ensure that they recruit, hire, and retain candidates who raise the performance bar of the security services organization
16. Builds and deploys security training program
17. Effectively address safety and security incidents including potential and actual work place violence incidents per policy as well as conducting testing of the incident response plans.
