Job Description:

1 Quarterly IRDA Reporting

a Facilitation to Lalit Mandol Regarding collection of Brokerage Statements from business finance team.
b Daily Follow up with Lalit Mandol for Status on the Working Sheet prepared
c Consolidation of Life Insurance Companies Brokerage Statements
d Follow up with the Business team for the details not available in the Life Insurance Companies Statements, but required for the reporting purpose
e To check the Consolidated sheet with Insurance Companies Statements seprately.
f Analysis and QC of consolidated Data received from Mr. Lalit Mandol for Non-Life Insurance Companies and comparing the data with the invoices raised for brokerage by the finance team.
g To get validated data from the Finance team for reporting.
h Review with Raman Sir for Quarterly Data
i To provide the data as per IRDA format for Insurer wise premium, Top-10 Clients and Group wise business.
J To upload the Data on BAP Portal
Review Monthly POS Business Data
A To provide the list of Active POS on Montly basis to Mr. Akhshit Porwal on 1st Working Day of Every Month

B Observations on the data provided for the business by POS on monthly basis
a To Cross check the POS Name against the POS ID
b To Cross check the POS PAN against POS ID
c To Cross check the Date of appoinment against the POS ID
d To Cross check the Date of Signing Agreement is before business Booking Date
e To Cross check the Payour should be as per agreemnt terms
Half Yearly POS Data
a Collection of Data from Business Team for the business sourced by the POS.
b Analysis and QC of Data received from Business format.
c To get data verified from the Fiance Team.
d To provide the data to Ms. Reena as per the formats described by IRDAI for IRDAI Reporting
e Uploading of Data for Half Yearly Returns on IBAI Portal
A Database Management
a To download the report from the IIB Porta for POS Registered on daily basis
b To update the POS registered on the PORTAL on daily basis in our database
c To Check the POS E-siging reprot on daily basis
d To Cross the details of POS Name and date of Appointment mentioned in the POS E-Siging Report with our Database
f To record the Date of POS E-signing in our Datebase
g If there is any difference in the detail availabe in our database & E-signing report, Then co-ordinate with tech team for the correction
C Deactivation of POS
a To Cross Check the Details with the Request received for the Deactivation
b If the details are OK, the Deactivation of the POS PAN from the IIB Portal
c Issuance of NOC as per format Provided
d To update the Deactivation details in the Database
6 BQP Training & Exam Registration

A Quality Check and verification of data and documents for the request received for BQP Training Registration
To Download the documents from link provided by the Team Leader
To Create Sperate folder of the Candidate documents & Rename the documents
To check the Documents Provided Team Leader with the details mentioned in the Sponsership form
To Resize the Photos of the Candidates as per specification mentioned in the training registration forms
Co-ordinate with Mr. Ranjeet Singh to make the payment of training fees (Rs. 1,770 Per Candidate)
To register the candidates by filling individual form of respective candidates
To make payment for training registration through Card detail provided by Mr. Ranjeet Singh and Transation wise OTP Shared

B Candidates Training
Follow-up with Team Leader for USER ID & Password
To provide USER ID & Password to Vendor for Training Completion
Follow-up for Training Status with Vendor
To Download the Training Certificate of respective candidates after completion of Training
To inform to the respective Team Leader for Training Completion

C Exam Registration & Exam Fees Payment (Candidates appearing for 1st Time Only)
To Enroll the Candidates for Exam on the basis of list shared by the Team Leader.
To Regisiter the Candidates on https://e-learning.niapune.org.in/lib/examreg.aspx
Co-ordinate with Mr. Ranjeet Singh to make the payment of Exam fees (Rs. 2950)
To make payment for training registration through Card detail provided by Mr. Ranjeet Singh and Transation wise OTP Shared

Experience Range:

Any graduation,
