Manager - SEO
We are looking for Manager - Organic Growth (SEO) to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. The candidate should be an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams.
Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase company's profitability. Planning, implementing and managing SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business growth and success.
7 - 10 years
-B.Tech/B.E in IT, -B.SC in Information Technology (IT), -BCA in Computers, and MBA/PGDM Marketing, MCA Computers, MSC Computers,
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations regarding the elements and structure of websites and web pages including schema, URL structure, new algorithm changes etc.
- Should have Site Audit Experience
- Must assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
- Should Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Have clear communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Create strategy and execute plan to increase site indexation, including management of rich snippets, schema, server side rendering etc.
- Manage Google Webmaster Tools and work with Tech team to fix errors.
- Should have experience with analytics (Google Analytics), rank monitoring, and database tools, including the leading SEO software tools.
- Content management / continuously optimize and update site content/features, including META data, page content, and articles to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords.
- Correlate both link building initiatives and onsite changes to rankings.
- Monitor, assess and react to competitor strategies.
- Automate and monitor all ranks and links for our properties. Stay abreast of new natural search engine optimization, developments and opportunities in the SEO domain and incorporate into ongoing campaign management.
- Have technical aspects of SEO such as, 301 redirects, 404 errors, site speed, server responsiveness, no-follow and no-index directives.
- On-page optimization such as keyword research, title and description tags, H1, and keyword density/frequency.
- Focusing on data to improve site layout, functionality and conversions tied to business objectives.
- Define key metrics and translate SEO results into business objectives and ROI.
