We are looking for a State Head who would lead relationship building, servicing and ongoing innovation dialogues with partner banks/NBFCs on our auto fintech marketplace.
5 - 15 years
Any graduation,
1. Delivering monthly / quarterly / yearly GMV by managing and developing channels
2. Delivering Gross Margin targets for the assigned territory
3. Managing team and be responsible for building, training, retaining and developing a team to manage the DSA channels in the assigned territory
4. Supporting central teams in managing business operations, portfolio quality and RC transfer risk
5. Rolling out new initiatives in the assigned territory
State Head,
Graduation or Post Graduation
Strong experience of 7+ years in Product Fintech Journey
Existing corporate sales / relationship leadership experience is a must
Auto Finance background is a big plus and willing to travel extensively
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
