Business Analyst - New Auto, Gurgram (Client lead)
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this position is expected to meet Sales-fulfillment and help in Business Development leading to expected revenue and top notch client servicing.
This role will also involve client-facing and even front-ending meetings with respective client SPCOs.
He/ She is expected to interact with cross-functional teams (internal-external) on a regular basis and should have strong problem-solving skills.

B.Tech/B.E, and MBA/PGDM
Work with internal stakeholder/leadership to identify how data can enable sales growth
Support with data analysis, presentations and stakeholder management in meeting New Business Development targets
Client management - Conceptualization & execution of out-of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with Key Account Manager
Understand client requirements and conceptualize how our range of product offerings can grow client business
Ensure Digital advertising campaigns are executed using our Product Solutions on time and to the client's requirements
Manage and oversee all aspects of the advertising journey from customer base management, to inventory management to the execution of the campaigns
Support in reporting requirements during various reviews/meetings with Senior Leadership
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Track and analyze key metrics – SBU growth, target attainment.
Compile key pieces of information related to performance against defined KPIs to be reviewed by Management and report anomalies if any.
Experience in Enterprise, B2B sales is preferred
Google Analytics, Enterprise Account Management, Excel, PowerPoint, Key Account Development, Digital Media, Media Sales, Agency Relationship Management, Client Accounts,
Strong analytical skills – Need to be able to draw actionable insights from data
Should have a strong problem-solving capability.
Data analysis – Must have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets.
Added advantage with working knowledge of Data Visualization tools – SQL, Tableau/ Power BI, Data Studio and Google analytics.
Should have good understanding of digital marketing concepts
Should have a go-getter attitude, be self-driven and have strong ownership of the task at hand
Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong in project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Ability to work with Senior Level management
Ability to drive and achieve sales targets is an added advantage
Work efficiently and responsibly with little oversight.
Ability to effectively operate in dynamic organization & fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATION:
Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Masters is preferred
Total of about 4-6 years of experience in Media/Sales /Business Operations role
Knowledge of the Digital ecosystem will be an added advantage.
