Job Responsibilities:

HRBP Lead for one of the key businesses (80%)
1. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders in the business.
2. Providing day-to-day support on all employee lifecycle
3. Using experience, skills & knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement & talent analytics.
4. Driving central & BU specific interventions
5. Supporting line managers across the business
6. Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
Campus Hiring (20%)
1. Formalize a plan for hiring MT/ LT for strengthening middle management
2. Ensure execution of the campus hiring plan
