Job Title:
Engineering Lead Java (Gurgaon/Jaipur)
Job Description:
1. Lead the development of the distributed architecture and highly scalable technology systems to solve
complex customer and business problems
2. Hire, retain, mentor, and grow top software engineering talent within your group
3. Deliver, in a fast-paced development process, extremely reliable and high quality technical solutions to solve product problems
4. Drive prioritization of product development goals and milestones
5. Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders including Engineering Managers, Engineering Directors, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Business Managers to deliver solutions
6. Deliver technology applications for key technology initiatives across teams and software architectures
7. Driven for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Experience Range:
5 - 14 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E, and MCA
Skills Required:
