Tech Support Engineer
Mandatory:
Basic knowledge of MySql and MongoDB queries to extract data from application databases
Ability to understand complete product flow as well as the processes behind it
Desirable:
Experience in ticketing tools i.e. JIRA, Freshdesk to capture, organize and prioritize issues and extract reports accordingly
Excellent communication skills to communicate with third party and internal stakeholders
Must be able to provide provide level one support to technical issues as per defined TAT
