and exceeding annual sales goals on selling integrated digital advertising

- Drafting of media strategy via a PPTx document
- Client servicing

1. New Business Development
2. Achievement of assigned targets within the specified time frame &
yield improvements over last year
3. Key client management - Conceptualization & execution of out
of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with the Regional Head &
National Head along with Key Account Manager
4. Own & develop senior level client relationships to penetrate target
accounts and develop new business.
5. Ensure Digital advertising campaigns are executed using our Product
Solutions on time and to the client's requirements.
6. Manage and oversee all aspects of the advertising journey from
customer base management, to inventory management to the
execution of the campaigns.

1. Experience in Media/Sales
2. Knowledge of Digital ecosystem is a must
3. Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
4. Leverages relationships & is a capable networker
5. Should be both a category & a brand builder.
6. Analytical yet creative bent of mind
7. Ability to construct win-win deals for client/company
8. Understanding of Data and Analytics will be an added advantage
9. Ability to effectively operate in dynamic organization & fast paced
10. Introduction of systems for effective negotiations and continuous
evaluation of Media Investments.
11. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint working skills
