- Monitors productivity within the team and drives continuous improvement;

- This person would be required to lead a team of high performing Supervisors and Individual Contributors in Accounts Payable team. Should have strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of experienced managers and employees.
- Provide strong support to the team during statutory and Internal Audit of processes. Should be able to contribute to strategic and tactical direction for the strategy, design, and implementation of Accounts payable & Receivable processes and systems in a existing environment.
- Introducing Payable & Recivable reports to ease dicision making
- Responsible to drive the Change Management and Process Management, Transition.
- Manage both the Process Team and Initiate standardization of Processes in Transaction Processing.
- Potential to grow in future to manage bigger team.
- Experience in Change Management, Customer Management & Process Automation
- Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
- Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation Capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
- Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or Concerns.

Lean, process engineering and process-based management disciplines (min. 5 years)
- Process modeling, mining, analytics and simulation
- Digital Process Automation (Workflow Mgmt., RPA, OCR/ ICR, AI/ML)
- Principles and methods for Process Design/Enterprise Architecture
- Degree from accredited technical/engineering program and/ or other qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma or process engineering
- Drive innovation agenda across different function of transaction processing.
- Deep Understanding of automation and emerging technology solutions including BPM, Robotics Process Automation & Cognitive automation (AI/ML, NLP, Vision, Chatbots)
- Must have the ability to effectively represent AP in cross functional forums. Should have knowledge of Six Sigma methodology as needed for robust process design. Drives continuous process improvements and streamlines processes to increase productivity.
