Manager- Yard

We at CarDekho are looking for Yard Manager who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented and has ability to do multi-task, work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality. Should be a team player. Strong follow up skills. You will be the first person a customer meets on the sales floor and will be responsible for providing a smooth transaction till the end. All of this creates a positive experience, and positive experiences bring customers back. Would be responsible to handle few Yard boys and manage yards end to end.

•Nurture successful relationships with customers and dealers.•Completing car transactions in a quick and efficient manner.•Handling entire store operations.•To procure cars with maximum margin.•Maintaining conversion ratio, Resource allocation and utilization, zero documents pendency, zero customer complaints for any amount held/ deducted, error free documentation, mandatory stock-in and pick-up of vehicle. •Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
