Job Description:
Looking for an operations coordinator to manage coordination between central Ops and procurement team and the new car dealership.
Primary responsibility is to fetch details from client, coordinate on calls and mails, and own the process for all communications with central Ops and the client keeping sales team in loop.
Along with this comes maintaining data and MIS for the process.
Experience Range:
2 - 5 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation

Candidate Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software, with good command on Excel.
Ability to work as part of a team.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Self motivated.
Process owner.
Strong follow up skills - both telecalling and mails
