Job Description:
We are looking for self motivated, dynamic and qualified Senior Accountant for Accounts Payable team. An incumbent should be well qualified and should have minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable process & employee reimbursement. Should be good in communication.
Experience Range:
3 - 6 years
Educational Qualifications:
-B.Com in Commerce, and M.Com Commerce,
Job Responsibilities:
Verify & book all invoices for appropriate documentation and prepare payments of the same.
Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices
Experience in vendor reconciliation
Respond to all vendor inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
Resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up with the relevant teams to obtain the required information.
Respond to e-mail queries from internal and external customers/employees within agreed TAT
Assist in month-end closing
Checking & booking bills for reimbursements of employees' expenses within their permissible limits.
Skills Required:
Invoice Processing, Invoice Verification, Vendor reconciliation, PTP, Invoice Payment, Employee reimbursement, Bank Reconciliation,
Candidate Attributes:
Desired Candidate Profile
3-6 years of Accounts Payable experience
Should be B.com, M.Com, CA/ICWA Inter or equivalent qualifications
Must be well organized and a self-starter
Proficient in Excel and Word,
Use of financial system applications like SAP
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Knows basic accounting principles,
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
