Job Description:
Purpose of the role- The incumbment will be responsible to highlight to the management on various metrics on the performance of channels
Description of the role- Preparation of monthly channel dashboards and giving insights on the performance at unit / branch / zone level.
• Analysis of variances for channel productivity, ticket size, NOPs for Actual vs Budget & vs Prior
• Assisting in preparation of Annual Operating plan of the company along with monitoring of budget utilization
• Preparation of daily premium MIS and comparison with Budget / Prior
• In-sighting of business and operational expenses for development of mitigation strategies
• Competition benchmarking and Industry analysis for management review
• Regulatory reporting pertaining to monthly and annual submissions
• Adhoc reporting basis requirements from management team
Experience Range:
3 - 7 years
Educational Qualifications:
-B.Com in Commerce ,and CA , MBA/PGDM in Finance
