Manager / Senior Manager - Policy Servicing
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling the day to day Policy Servicing matters for ULIP and other traditional policies.
• Coordinating with the Branches and Malls for any policy servicing requests and ensuring an end resolution.
• Working closely with the Contact Center, Branch Operations and Customer Service teams for all customer related queries, request and complaints.
• Constantly working towards improvisation of the processes with a view to achieve customer delight.
• Working closely with IT for identifying system GAPs and raising enhancements.
• Coordinating with other Departments for designing the inter-linked Operations processes.
• Coordinating with Finance for all payment matters.
• Coordinating with Actuary for various POS processes.
• Set up and Operationalize the Persistency Unit; Continuously work out innovative methods to enhance persistency.
• Coordinating with Branches for Persistency.
