Main Responsibilities:
- Experience in a regulated financial services industry preferably Insurance (Life or General)
- IRDA knowledge/knowledge of corporate and labour laws
- To innovate practicable and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate commercial risks involved in litigation.
- To manage and administer day to day proceedings of matters at different stages of litigation
- Good knowledge of Company law related matters and experience in handling actual interaction with the department .
- Good knowledge of legal matters related to labour and contract laws and experience in drafting and vetting of contractual agreements, property agreements etc.
