Job Description:
Key Dimensions of the role The profile will be responsible for seamless, accurate and timely issuance of new business policies while ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered. Profile will also be responsible for maintaining accuracy in record management of physical applications.
Key Deliverables in the Role
1. End to end processing of new business applications right from Inwarding till policy delivery.
2. Manpower planning and staffing requirements for smooth processing
3. Laisoning with vendor and ensuring delivery as per set SLAs
4. MIS & Reporting
5. Driving projects of automation for enhanced productivity
6. Designing and implementation cost saving initiatives
Experience Range:
4 - 7 years
