● Position: Customer Delight Associate
● Location: Hyderabad
● Reporting to: Associate Manager - Customer Delight
About the Role:
Should be the eyes & ears of the customer and the voice of ekincare.
Key success metrics for this role
1. Average handling Time & First response time
2. Schedule adherence
3. Best customer experience & CSAT
4. Repeat & FCR
5. Product and process enhancements
Responsibilities:
1. Handle as many calls, email,s or chats of customers
2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
3. Upsell other products wherever possible
4. Ensure you follow the customer service script for uniformity
5. Ability to analyze the situation at hand and make a business decision to ensure the customer experience is not impacted
MUST Skills:
1. Good communication skills in English & Hindi
2. Sound confident, energetic, and have Patience all throughout the day
3. Friendly, Calm under Pressure, and Effectively Communication to customers
4. Ability to probe and comprehend the issue or situations
5. Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement

- Someone who can be self-motivated, take initiatives, flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands
- Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to customer
