Position: Associate Director - Business Development
Location: Hyderabad
About the role:
Looking Associate Director – Sales, who can represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Dedication towards achieving company objectives with effective planning, sales goals, and analyzing performance data.
Job responsibilities:
● Determine annual Sales figures by effective implementation of Sales strategies
● Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing Sales figures for different territories
● Implementing the Sales action plan
● Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the Sales team in developing their skills and driving the Sales target
● Ensuring targets are derived through continuous efforts of people management, performance review, reward and recognition
● Providing ground support to the Sales team for lead generation of leads of closure of those leads
● Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
● Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities and will document customer interactions
● Managing complex sales cycle from prospecting to the closure of deals
● Formulating growth and launch plans and executing them with internal and external stakeholders
● Ability to work on rapid expansion and responsible for building the Fresh pipeline
● Meeting potential clients and growing long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
● Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
A successful candidate for this role requires:
● Previous relevant experience of 5-6 years in Sales management
● Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Superb leadership ability
● Ability to travel as and when required
