About the role
ekincare is looking for a Lead- Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, who will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new strategic partners in order to achieve budgeted targets.
The candidate should have hands on and direct experience on building brand new alliance partners and driving business outcomes
Location – Hyderabad
The Role – Lead – Strategic Alliances and Partnerships
Reporting to – VP- Marketing
Job Description
● Identify and build a strong pipeline of strategic partners that deliver the next level of growth for the Company
● Identify, onboard, and close Strategic campaigns for marketing
● Actively work with functional teams to execute end to end campaigns including pre & post-campaign tasks
● Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
● Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners and developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
● Plan approaches pitches, and own all business metrics and growth for the Partnerships line of business
● Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with companies having a good SME and corporate client base, that will accelerate innovation and revenue growth across a range of products
● Grow the relationship and revenue potential with these strategic partners and deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

● A passionate marketeer!!!
● Understand how marketing campaigns are structured with partners
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as cross-functional teams
● Ability to create deal structures and creative critical thinking
● Proficiency in MS Excel, MS, Word, and MS PowerPoint
A successful candidate for this role must require,
● Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
● Experience in building and growing alliances with SME and B2B aggregators, comfort with technology and digital platforms
● Have the ability to influence others and connect with clients at various serious levels
● Have the ability to drive channel lead generation and joint marketing programs
