π Who are we looking for?
A Brand solutions manager who would be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring community marketing campaigns for our brand partners, addressing their marketing priorities. As a Brand solutions manager you would be required to work with our clients and acquisition team to define the optimal community marketing strategy that addresses the client's marketing goals. In this role, you would work closely with the creative, community, and copy teams to brainstorm on ideas and deliver engaging campaigns that would engage with the audience on social media platforms like facebook, reddit, whatsapp etc. We are looking for someone who would have a strong sense of understanding on branding and can help build compelling ideas based on insights.
βοΈ What kind of work will you be doing?
You have ~5 years of work experience as a social media strategist/analysts/ manager. In these roles you have developed, implemented and managed multiple community marketing campaigns to ensure the strategic objectives of a brand are met.
You should live and breathe facebook groups, reddit, instagram. You are innately inquisitive and want to understand what makes consumers tick on these media platforms and how they react and engage with content.
You have a strong feel of the channel and audience pulse and conceptualize campaigns which will have a strong and lasting impact. You should be able to think creatively to produce new ideas and content initiatives each month/quarter/year to address the client's marketing and business needs.
You have strong analytical and quantitative skills. Your ability to use data to identify insights and develop ideas will be critical in this role.
You measure everything, obsession with metrics and an eye for detail is a must in this role.
You work well with cross functional teams, You would be required to liaise with writers and designers to ensure that the campaign and content is engaging and can foster organic conversation around the category and brand within communities
You have great relationship skills and can build a strong rapport with the client. You would provide regular updates to clients on the progress of community marketing campaigns and become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
You enjoy challenges. Can meet critical project milestones and deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
You are comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
