Job Description:
Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability. The candidate would be required to maintain the existing dealer network and develop new dealer. He would be required to travel and ready to accept challenges. He would be required to maintain client records and provide daily marketing report to the senior management.
· We are looking for a high-performing Sales professionals to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
· Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for your regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
· Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, and competitors.
· Strong orientation in Industrial automation with sound credentials working on AC Servo drives and motors, PLC’s, HMI’s etc.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Desired profile of the candidate
· Diploma, Degree in Electrical, Industrial Electronics or a related field
· Experience of 4 to 6 years in related field selling to OEM’s, system integrators, EPC contractors

· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
