CityMall is a community commerce platform focused on 300 million new to internet users living in 400 small cities, towns and villages in India. CityMall primarily focused on Grocery, Fresh and Packaged FMCG categories. Smaller towns and cities are untouched by traditional online e-grocers with large players like Grofers & BigBasket present in top 8 metropolitan cities in India. Key bottlenecks are lack of trust, lack of familiarity to browse and purchase online, low average order values (which makes economic viability a challenge for the platforms), lack of credit in online channels (which neighbourhood stores offer).

Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for managing the facility and administration of all warehouses / Spoke's / for the states assigned and will be reporting to the Head - Ops.
Ensuring smooth operation of all sites and maintaining the decorum & discipline of the team members in each warehouse.
Implement plans & schedules for maintenance.
Should able to handle multiple sites / Spokes.
Developing and managing vendor contracts.
Ensuring that the lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating properly to provide good working and/or living conditions for internal customers.

Electrical management
Inventory management
Housekeeping management
Vendor management
Should have knowledge of IT related issues like internet, printers, barcode, scanner, laptop/ desktop, cctv etc.
Petty cash management.
Managing consumables utilised in warehouse on daily basis, including PO creation, google sheet maintaining, and follow up with vendors for internal stakeholders.
Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
Calculate and compare the cost for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
Required Skills:
6-10 years experience in Facility management of SCM (Warehouse/Hubs/Fulfilment centre)
Should be enthusiastic & eager to learn
Willing to take ownership
Good communication Skills
Any Graduate, though technical background (B.E., B.Tech.) is preferred
Working knowledge on MS Excel
Street smart
Process Oriental, Go to get it attitude, problem solver.
Willing to work in Lucknow and travel to nearby areas (including Kanpur) on a need basis
Go getter
