Business Analyst
You will:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements and developing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Specifications.
- Conducting meetings to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with senior management, professional peers, and industry leaders.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and client requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and Team.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
You have:
- BSC-IT/B.Tech(CS)/B.E (CS)
- Knowledge of the Finance domain will be a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of various phases and methodologies of software development including - SDLC and Agile / Scrum project management methodology.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Knowledge with BA tools like Axure, Balsamiq MockUps, UML diagram tool.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
