Job Description:

Communicating to prospective partners for Choice Connect and help them

for registration
 Communicating to partners for completing partner registration if any
application in pending stage
 Communicating to partner if any issue in partner application form.
 Making welcome call to new partners and explain them about the system
and process.
 Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward partner
at all times.
 Responding promptly to partner inquiries.
 Communicating with partner through various channels via
WhatsApp/Email/SMS/Sendgrid, etc.
 Acknowledging and resolving partner complaints.
 Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
 Processing Partner registration applications, Modifications in Partners profile
through our portal and providing call support to partners for completing
registration.
 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and
complaints.
 Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
 Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer/Partner service
process.
 Ensure partner satisfaction and provide professional partner support.
 Daily Partner support training for new partners via electronic mode

Experience Range:

1 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation
