Acknowledging and resolving partner complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing Partner registration applications, Modifications in Partners profile
through our portal and providing call support to partners for completing
registration.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and
complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer/Partner service
process.
Ensure partner satisfaction and provide professional partner support.
Daily Partner support training for new partners via electronic mode

Any graduation
