Job Description:

1) Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive
communication
2) Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
3) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits; follow up to ensure resolution
4) Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
5) Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
6) Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant product
7) Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
8) Should be able to understand various Financial products like insurance, Mutual Funds etc. and
create marketing material for the same
9) Create awareness about our platform via various Marketing Channels like email, sms ,
whatsapp, YouTube etc.
10) Take the extra mile to engage customers
