Role & Responsibilities
• Excellent Knowledge of ODIN trading Platform including Patch Deployment of ODIN Trading systems and services.
• Monitor performance of ODIN Trading systems to determine productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for ODIN Manager Startup BOD & EOD, Updating and troubleshooting and Client software support in a Trading environment - i.e. CTCL application ODIN/DIET
• Excellent knowledge of Exchange trading application (NSE) NEAT, NEAT PLUS, (BSE) BOLT TWS, DLOAD, BOLT PLUS, (MCX) Trader Workstation, (NCDEX) TradeX.
• Responsible for network infrastructure maintenance involving local, wide area networks and NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX exchange’s, connectivity from Exchange to HO premises.
• Handling day to day Client call for web-based Application & STWT Mobile application.
• Hands-on experience would be preferred on MS-SQL, Oracle, MySql.
• Good knowledge of Exchange yearly system audit & Approval procedure.
• Preferred good knowledge of Cloud computing like AWS, Azure & Google Cloud Platform.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
IT Support duties and responsibilities.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Creating the Email id on Email Server
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users on Domain
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training for junior staff members
