Lead the client relationship and its management
Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services (Life and General Insurance) in order to provide adequate support to customers/business associates/employees.
Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services in Life and General Insurance
Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from business associates/customers
Promptly respond to customer queries submitted via email or our portal or ticketing software
Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
Knowledge of Insurance Products shall be a definite Plus
Experience of Client servicing is Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster and maintain relationships
Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
Positive and service-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Knowledge of basic computing, Ticketing Software like Freshdesk and Excellent phone disposition
Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
