Centralmart.in is a one-stop-shop for buying home improvement products online in India.
It was born out of the terrible experience we had while doing our home interiors. As a consumer, we had very limited knowledge of interior and home products. It was very difficult to discover and procure the right product at the right price due to the highly fragmented and unorganized nature of the industry, information asymmetry and opaque pricing. Tracking procurement based on manual, hand-written invoices from local vendors was laborious. To make matters worse, pre-and-post sales support was conspicuously absent in a space where it is most needed.
We ended up going two times over-budget and 6 months over-time! Feeling helpless, cheated and frustrated. We thought: “There has to be a solution to this problem”. Upon finding none, we created one!
Centralmart.in aims to be the largest e-commerce marketplace for interior and home products in India, to enable consumers discover and procure products without the hassle. We are revolutionizing the industry supply chain through a game-changing technology platform - transforming the way consumers buy and brands sell.
