Job Description:
Trading API integration and maintenance of existing online trading products:
Identifying new features for trading.
Get API from the vendor as per requirement. Test the same and give it frontend vendors for developments.
Testing and maintenance of old trading products like Speed Pro and ODIN CTCL.
Testing and integration of Omnesys trading API through AMX.
Maintaining the logic of trading functionality in API across products.
Testing of online trading products (ABMA, T.AB, Speed Pro and CTCL) for new deployments/builds received.
Participate in mock and documentation for exchange approvals.
Coordination with auditors/exchanges for new version approvals.
2. Product Support L2 Technical support:
Testing of all trading products as BOD / EOD process.
Giving technical support for all products from 7 AM till 11:55 PM (Commodity market close)
Responding on all mail queries/issues received from sub-brokers/clients and feedback team.
Analysing the reported issues by taking remote connection of client systems and reporting direct to concerned internal teams.
Taking follow-up of reported issues from the respective teams and analysing the logs if any.
Testing and maintenance logic of in-house product Speed Pro Starter (PDA) for existing and new exe.
Testing of any new features/ABMA/T.AB next day morning for confirmation if any issues observed.
3. Engineering API requirements, based on UI/functionality required. Understanding requirement and providing data points to vendor to create / manage new APIs.
Required Candidate profile
Should be able to handle 3 teams with below profile:
Angel level payment integration and non-trade API handling (Team size - 3)
Trading API and ODIN integration (Team size - 4)
Product Support L2 - All technical support for all online trading products (Team size - 8)
Experience Range:
6 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation
