Team Manager - Telesales
• Candidate should be able to handle a team of 10-15 members
• Should have good team handling skill, and should be from Tele-sales background.
• Must be a target oriented leader, maintain defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage
• Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools, and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage
• To lead an operations team, focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality. Should be responsible for planning, assigning and directing work.
• Knowledge of share market - Stock broking, Franchisee or B2C business would be an advantage
• Driving daily target of the team
• Driving the KRA for the team as well as themselves
