Job Description:

• Handling team of Relationship Managers

• Responsible for selling of Demat account and other financial products (PMS, Life insurance, Mutual fund) etc. through team from open market

• Helping and guiding team for lead

• Motivating team for business

• Client Calling

• LMS Entry & Updation

• Conversion of 3 Client Accounts per new Sales Officer in team

• Calls of HNIs, Margin & Brokerage

• KYC Objection clearance

• Tracking appointments & pipeline leads of the Team

Experience Range:

3 - 7 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and Any PG ,and Any Doctorate

Skills Required:

Team Handling , Sales

Annual Salary Range:

INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000

• Good communication & Negotiating skills
• Ability to Influence and Motivate team
• Train & Develop team members to achieve targets
• Understanding of Geography and locations for Business Mapping
