Handling a team of L2 team for trading/technical support.
Analyzing daily MIS for ongoing issues/complains raised by customers/internal teams.
Giving end to end solution to customer complains for all trading applications with the help of internal teams (if any coordination is required).
Tracking of all mails/issues reported and work on to close the critical open issues on timely basis.
Maintaining a quality support for trading / technical support by continuously monitoring/analyzing recordings of team members.
Testing of UAT/CUG/Live mobile app builds on regular basis as and when required.
Tracking of mails come from vendors/internal teams and responding to them in time.
Analyzing the type of complains reported by customers and escalate in case repetitive issues are observed in specific time interval.
1 - 3 years
Any graduation
technical support
Should have sound knowledge of Mobile / Web / IBT exe based trading applications.
Excellent communication skills with customers.
Can work on excel and ppts.
Should have good knowledge of network/IT.
Minimum 2-3 yr. exp.
Should have good knowledge of share market/mutual funds.
Should have a team handling experience for at least 1 year.
