Preparing MIS for ongoing issues/complains raised by customers/internal teams.
Giving solution to customer complains for our new application with the help of internal teams (if any coordination is required).
Tracking of all mails/issues reported and work on to close the open issues on timely basis.
Testing of UAT/CUG/Live mobile app builds on regular basis as and when required.
Tracking of mails come from vendors/internal teams and responding to them in time.
Talking to customer and understanding what the exact issues are.
Expected Salary: 3-4 lakhs per annum.
