Job Description:
. Drafting and Attending to high profile/value litigation and Recovery matter in High Court, Sessions Court/Metropolitan courts/consumer courts, Economics Offence wings and Police stations.
2. Co ordinating with the branches for advising on various legal issues and assisting in meeting the legal action against the company and drafting and pleading of various replies/affidavits and responses as per the requirement of the case.
3. Drafting and Filing Arbitration cases in Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange & Multi Commodity Exchange.
4. Filing of Appeal from the order of the Arbitration awards before the Appellate forum of BSE/NSE/MCX and before the High Court .
5. Filing of Appeal from the order of the District consumer court to state consumer forum.
6. Taking search of Trademark in Trade mark registry, Filing for Trade mark registration, filing opposition, counter opposition, Evidence in support of Opposition, Evidence in support of Counter Opposition and attending hearing in respect of the said Trade mark.
7. Drafting and filing of cases u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and appearing as complainant in various Metropolitan Magistrate court all throughout trial and evidence stage till disposal of the matter.
8. Drafting & Approving drafts of plaints and summary suits and company petitions to be filed on behalf of the company in High court for recovery of dues against various defaulters, attending cases in High court and briefing the counsel to be appointed in the matters for hearing.
9. Drafting of various agreements/ documentations for availing premises on leave and license and lease.
