Customer Service Executive
1 To hand customer queries / complaints / grievances on call or through e-mail
2 Resolve queries on call or e-mail with defined TAT
3 Liaise with internal departments to seek support on query resolution where required
4 Follow escalation matrix where required
5 Average 120 calls + mails per day
6 Excel knowledge - vlook up, Pivot table, Sum, if, count etc.
