Secretarial Functions :
To provide a full secretarial and administrative service to the Chief sales Head of company.Take dictation, draft letters, memos and general correspondence
Organize, operate and maintain a comprehensive filing system
Plan and make arrangements for meetings, as required
Calendar Managements
Take minutes of meetings
Make travel and accommodation bookings all over the world as per the required scheduled
Assisting in the events co-ordination (seminars,conferences,official functions)
Co-ordination with concerned departments for various reports
Co-ordination with HODs for submission of certain documents for different purpose i.e. work permit, passport renewal etc.
Preparation of various reports and presentations as per the advice of directors.
Arranging Interviews at office premises as well as outside office premises
Proof reading of the contracts and other important documents
MIS Management & Co-ordination w.r.t sales
Submitting the travelling bills to the account departments for further perusal under various heads and calculating the same in AUD to transfer into account
Updating and preparing various files and reports as instructed for the RBI and Investors’ Audit
Co-ordinating with other Administrative Functions such as :
Complete hotel & travel related dealings (right from the beginning of negotiation corporate deal with hotels and travel agents)
Hotel booking and travel arrangements

B.Com ,or MBA/PGDM

1.Excellent verbal, writing and report presentation skills
2.Excellent interpersonal skills
3.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work
4. Proficient in G-Mail, MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
