Industry Fresher / Experienced Banking/Financial Services/Broking professionals
Academic background Graduate / Post Graduate
Reporting to Unit Manager or Team Leader
Team Management NA
Work experience Min 0-5 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities
• Acquisition of De-mat / Trading account from open market and leads (Offline & Online).
• Achieving monthly targets.
• Achieving minimum margin amount target.
• Conduct lead generation activities for sales penetration.
• Meeting clients and pitching cross sales & wealth products.
• Wealth products include Life insurance, General insurance & fixed deposits, Mutual Funds etc.

Technical Skills
Sales & acquisition experience, Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management and Business Analytics, Good knowledge of financial products
Additional Desirable Skills • Candidate with the knowledge of regional language will be desired however not must.
• Good knowledge & network of the city.
• Should have a Two Wheeler
• Should be willing to do field sales
• Should have good communication and convincing skills
• Should be a go getter and self focused
