Job Description:
. Recruiting, staffing and coordination with other department regarding new experienced/ freshers requirement.
. Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews
. Follow-up with the candidate on Offer made and date of joining
. Monitoring Pre-joining formalities till joining - conducting interviews, salary negotiation, issuing Offer letters.
. Recruitment across all locations and departments.
. Induction of new employees/ joinees/ employee orientation Interacting with all Departments regarding the Recruitment
. Create a Talent Pool for current and Future Requirements.
. Work on On-line and Off-line modes of Recruitment.
. Will coordinate and execute all employee engagement activities
Experience Range:
2 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
