Quality Analyst - Account Receivables (AR)
Job Description:
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
• Maintaining & Sharing team reports to supervisors
• Audit of team’s work on regular basis
• Sending updates to the clients/AR Managers /Office Managers
• Coordination between other teams for smooth operations
• Weekly review with supervisors
• Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards
• Must be spontaneous and have high energy level
• Good knowledge in healthcare concept
• Knowledge on denial management
Experience Range:
2 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation
Skills Required:
Experience in AR follow-up
Annual Salary Range:
INR 3 - 4
Candidate Attributes:
• Minimum 24 Months of relevant experience in AR follow-up
• 1 year with iHealth/DNA
• Experience of working on multiple processes would be an added advantage
• Should have knowledge about Denials Management/Ageing Report/Submissions for QA AR.
• Must be a graduate
