Quality Analyst - Billing
Job Description:
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
• Maintaining & Sharing team reports to supervisors
• Audit of team’s work on regular basis
• Sending updates to the clients Billing Managers/Office Managers
• Coordination between other teams for smooth operations
• Weekly review with supervisors
• Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards
• Must be spontaneous and have high energy level
• Good knowledge in healthcare concept
• Knowledge on denial management/Payment Posting/Charge Posting
Experience Range:
2 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation
Skills Required:
Charge Posting & Payment Posting
Annual Salary Range:
INR 2 - 3
Candidate Attributes:
• Minimum 24 Months of experience in Charge Posting & Payment Posting
• Should have completed one year with DNA Systems
• Experience of working on multiple processes would be an added advantage
• Must have sound knowledge about Basic Billing Terminologies/Denials/Payment posting/ charge posting
• Must be Graduate
