Job Description:
A leading multi brand automobile distribution group with its business spread across Madhya Pradesh is looking for a GM HR to lead the HR and Admin functions of the group.
The incumbent is expected to be good at compliances under Factories Act, Labour Laws, and Handling Labour matters with ALC, Labour Courts, etc., Technology implementation in HR department, employee engagement, learning & Development and overall organisation development by implementing the best HR practices.
A HR Leader with 7 to 10 years’ experience shall be a good fit for the post. Prior exposure to automobile dealerships and workshops shall be an added advantage.
Experience Range:
5 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications:
-LLB in Law ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
