Job Description:
A Customer Success Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Experience Range:
2 - 6 years
Educational Qualifications:
-B.Com in Commerce, or CA CA, MBA/PGDM Finance,
Job Responsibilities:
1. Onboard enterprise customers for solutions delivered by Masters India
2. Support ongoing or new integration projects undertaken for enterprise customers.
3. Maintain highest standards of customer support to be provided
4. Follow up for resolution with various teams on the issues raised by the customer.
5. Continuous customer success approach with zero attrition to be ensured.
6. Resolving customer queries related to the product (GST)
7. Completing tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
