Here’s What Your Day Would Look Like -

  • Own the integration roadmap for Privy—decide what to build, pre-package, and prioritize across modules.

  • Jump on client calls, but not just to listen—spot integration opportunities they haven’t even thought of yet, and pitch them in real time.

  • Collaborate with devs, architects, and GTM to make integrations work at scale (and make it look easy).

  • Create sharp API documentation, test cases, and smooth deployment flows.

  • Identify the right customers and partners to go-to-market with—and bring back signals that sharpen our existing systems.

    Push boundaries by orchestrating and owning the technology integration charter with various technology ecosytem partners including PETs and beyond

  • Help shape Privy’s product roadmap by answering: “Which integrations will move the needle for this segment?

Experience -

Have 2–4 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, integrations, or large-scale rollouts (bonus if you’ve wrestled with messy deployments before).

  • Hold a B.Tech/Engineering degree (non-IT is cool if you’ve lived the integration life).

  • Speak fluent API—REST, Postman, connectors, GTM development, enterprise integrations.

  • Bonus points if you can dabble with code, play around with iPaaS tools, or have done tech partnerships/alliances.

    Enjoy being both customer whisperer and tech translator—pitching integration strategy to a CIO while debugging payloads with a developer.

  • Thrive in ambiguity—when someone says “it can’t be done”, your first instinct is “challenge accepted.

Job Responsibilities:

●Enable Product Integrations automation efforts.
●Gather customer feedback and brainstorm on product improvements & features along with product owners to ensure product success
●Optimize Product integration processes. 
●Own new feature requests by clients.
● Serve as a Product specialist for all of IDfy’s products. 
● Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss IDfy Solutions and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s needs 
● Understand the client’s use-case; help the client with solution design using IDfy APIs & SDK 
● Perform Requirement gathering and configurations 
● Leveraging all product capabilities to provide solutions to clients and in turn uplift the revenue. 
● Project manage the entire Product integration lifecycle from pitch to go-live. Be the single point of contact for all Product queries. 
● Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive the project with critical deadlines to completion. 
● Work on all aspects of deployment including business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user/supplier set-up, and testing support 
● Work with customers and internal stakeholders while participating and facilitating testing including User Acceptance Testing. 
● Evaluate and suggest innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements. 
● Work well in both individual and team settings, both on and off client-side

Candidate Attributes:

● 1+ years of experience in Product management
● 2+ years of experience in Project management & client interaction 
● Experiencing in Delivering on client
● Experience in working with REST APIs or SOAP Web services 
● Experience working with JSON/XML
● Strong communication, collaboration, customer-focused and logical/analytical skills 
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
