Job Description:
As a UI/UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the user interface and user experience design process for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create innovative and usercentered designs that meet business objectives and user needs. Your role will involve both strategic thinking and hands-on design work, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across our digital products.

B.Tech/B.E , -B.Des in Product Design ,and M.Des in Universal Design
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead UI/UX Design Strategy: Develop and drive the UI/UX design strategy to align with business goals and user requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging growth and development within the team.
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. Use research findings to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability findings to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and consistent user interface designs that reflect the brand identity and enhance the user experience. Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for development teams to implement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and gather user feedback. Analyze test results and iterate on designs to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system or style guide to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products. Advocate for design best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills Required:

Candidate Attributes:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as UI/UX design, interaction design, or graphic design.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and innovative solutions.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar applications.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a design team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and turn it into actionable design solutions.
