Job Description:
When we hire for the role of User experience lead, we are really looking for Product Designers. Because our products are continuously innovating and evolving in customer-centric, problem-solving modes.
Graduation in Design, Engineering, Marketing with 7 years of relevant product and tech experience
Graduation in Design, Engineering, Marketing with 7 years of relevant product and tech experience
Masters in Design with 5 year of relevant experience.
Experience with startups & SAAS based companies would be an added advantage
Experience Range:
5 - 7 years
Educational Qualifications:
-B.Des in Product Design , B.Tech/B.E ,and M.Des in Product Design
Job Responsibilities:
Here’s a typical day in the life of our User experience lead
- Building, leading, growing a highly collaborative team
- Ideating design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Creating design concepts to final launch and post launch monitoring and analysis
- Design overall functionality of product
- Making strategic decisions - design and user-experiences for core product, features and functionality
- Figuring out what next to build and design
- Talking to stakeholders to understand their pain points, goals, and aspirations
- Prototyping ideas
- Debating the best customer experience with your team
- Helping clients build efficient, user-centric journeys and workflows
- Drinking loads of coffee/tea and ponder life and philosophy
- Talking about art/ culture/music
- Playing poker or catan to unwind
- Celebrating successes at the neighbourhood watering hole
Skills Required:
User Experience , Wireframing , Prototype Framework , UX Design , GUI Designing , Storyboarding , User Interface Specifications , Interaction Design , Axure RP , Figma
