Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment (6 months max)
  • Good Communication Skills (Hindi / English + Any regional language)
  • Should be fluent in Hindi & any regional language
  • Effective and Timely Communication
  • Building up a Good Image and Rapport
  • Good Confidence
  • To work for both voice & non-voice process
  • Research Skills
  • Flexible on working hours (6 days working / Sunday week off)
  • Ability to learn and execute the learning at work faster and efficiently
  • Work commitment
  • Basic knowledge of Computers -Typing speed of 30 - 35 wpm
  •  Provide customers with product and service information
  1. Manage and resolve customer complaints
