Educational Qualifications:
-B.Com in Commerce ,and MBA/PGDM in Finance
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze financial and business data to provide insights to the management at product/ segment/
client level.
2. Develop, Maintain, and Operate dashboards to help with business planning and forecasting.
3. Gross margin calculation and analysis at segment/ product/ client level.
4. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
5. Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives.
6. Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output.
7. Assist in developing finance and business presentations and related supporting materials.
8. Undertake competitor analysis from time to time.
9. Help with preparation for special transactions such as fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, etc.
10. Understand existing processes and suggest potential avenues for automation/standardization.

Candidate Attributes:
1. CA/ MBA (Finance) Fresher or with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
(preferably in a FinTech/ SaaS)
2. Good hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
